Boost Production Performance: High-Precision Filling and Capping Machine
An automatic bottle filling and capping machine represents the central component of modern liquid packaging automation. Manufactured by EAC Machinery Co., Ltd., our monoblock filling and capping systems integrate precise dosing, cap placement, and torque sealing onto a synchronized platform. Capable of handling aqueous solutions, foamy liquids, viscous pastes, and semi-solid products, these machines process containers ranging from 5 ml up to 1000 ml at output speeds reaching up to 100 bottles per minute.
Operational speed and filling accuracy are customized based on product viscosity, container profile (round, square, oval, or flat), neck specifications, and fill volumes. Built entirely in accordance with stringent GMP guidelines, all contact surfaces utilize food and pharmaceutical-grade SS316L stainless steel, while structural frames are crafted from durable SS304. Driven by high-accuracy servo motors, our systems feature synchronized in-feed and out-feed starwheels to ensure smooth container indexing without spillage or cap misalignment.
EAC Machinery Co., Ltd. supplies these fully automated monoblock packaging systems to international manufacturing plants operating within the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and beverage, daily chemical, and industrial paint sectors worldwide.
Choose from standardized or fully tailored monoblock configurations optimized for your exact dosage requirements and factory throughput targets.
Why global packaging engineers and factory directors select monoblock systems engineered by EAC Machinery Co., Ltd.
Tailored Dosing Systems
Peristaltic, magnetic, piston, or ceramic pumps matching your product's specific liquid viscosity, shear sensitivity, and temperature profile.
Precision Servo Control
Servo-driven piston strokes and nozzle diving guarantee filling accuracy within ±0.5%, suppressing foam generation during rapid filling cycle.
Compact Footprint
Combining rotary filling and cap torque stations on one unified chassis drastically saves cleanroom floor space and reduces operational maintenance.
Broad Container Compatibility
Handles liquid bottles and jars from 5ml up to 1000ml with toolless quick-change starwheels for seamless line turnover between batches.
Monoblock Automated Working Sequence
Bottles enter the machine via a continuous stainless steel conveyor or automated unscrambling turntable. Photoelectric sensors count incoming bottles before the main index wheel transfers each container directly under the filling station.
Once positioned, filling nozzles lower to the container bottom and discharge the measured volume while rising steadily. Following dosage completion, the starwheel indexes containers to the cap placement zone where vibratory bowl feeders or cap elevators orient screw caps, press-on plugs, or ROPP caps onto the neck.
In the capping station, magnetic torque heads lower over the cap. Controlled pneumatic holding cylinders lock the bottle body to prevent rotation while the capping head spins the closure to the exact pre-set torque limit. Capped containers then exit seamlessly to downstream labeling, cartoning, or case packing machines.
